Tournament dates, locations, rules, entry fees, and contact information change frequently. Events can be postponed, relocated, or cancelled on short notice. Always verify details with the tournament host before traveling or making plans.

Why we publish this

BassCalendar.com compiles tournament schedules from hundreds of clubs, trails, and organizers across all 50 states and the District of Columbia — plus user submissions. We update the calendar weekly, but we cannot fact-check every event in real time.

When a club reschedules for weather, a trail changes its lineup mid-season, or an organizer rotates lakes at the last minute, we may not catch it before you do. That's why this page exists.

How to verify before you go

Contact the host. Most event listings include a phone number, email, or website. Use it.
Check the host's Facebook page. Schedule changes almost always hit social media first.
Look for an official event page. Many clubs maintain their own calendar which will always be more current than any third-party directory.
Call ahead if you're driving more than an hour. A two-minute phone call can save a wasted trip.
