We curate and republish publicly available tournament schedules and user-submitted event information to help anglers find events to fish.

Factual event information (dates, locations, host names) is not copyrightable and may be freely used. The original text, descriptions, guide profiles, graphics, and the compiled database structure are ours.
The Site contains links to third-party websites — including event host sites, sponsor sites, fishing guides, boat dealers, Facebook pages, and others. These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites. You use them at your own risk.

A sponsor placement does not imply that we endorse the sponsor's products or services, or that any claims made by the sponsor are accurate. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH FOR THE FREE SITE IS ZERO), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
